Catching the Dream needs to be sure all its Directors and staff have a shared belief in its mission and essential values, and sufficient commitment to give the organization the time and resources it needs to survive, prosper, and grow.
However, since we are also mindful of an overall mission to better society in the United States, CTD affirms its commitment to reflecting that society’s diversity in its Board of Directors, its staff, and its programs.
